The Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an unfiltered oil, masterfully made with green olives harvested during the first days of November. Due to their low level of ripeness, they must be harvested by hand and their yield is very low. It is a highly scented, dense, deeply fruity oil of a bright green, with a spicy touch.
